Returns Policy

• Customers must check their delivery carefully and report any errors or omissions to Avalon Fabrics within 7 days of delivery.
• Any errors or omissions reported after this period will not be exchanged or refunded.
• Any items that have been opened/used will not be considered for a refund/exchange.
• Goods need to be returned in their original packaging with all labels/tags included.
• Returned goods will only be accepted after prior communication with Avalon Fabrics & Craft.
